無取向硅鋼在我國碳中和戰略中的作用
2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月22日(ri),在(zai)第(di)75屆聯合國(guo)(guo)(guo)大會一般性(xing)辯(bian)論上,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)宣布(bu)二氧化(hua)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)力(li)爭于2030年(nian)(nian)(nian)前(qian)達到(dao)峰值,努(nu)力(li)爭取2060年(nian)(nian)(nian)前(qian)實(shi)(shi)現碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和。 我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和戰略面臨(lin)三大挑(tiao)戰——總(zong)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)量(liang)大、時間緊(jin)迫、能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)結構(gou)差 排(pai)放(fang)(fang)總(zong)量(liang)大:我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)是世界(jie)較大的(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)生(sheng)產國(guo)(guo)(guo)和消(xiao)費國(guo)(guo)(guo)。2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)99億(yi)噸(dun)(dun)占(zhan)全球31%。 碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和時間緊(jin):從(cong)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)達峰到(dao)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和,歐盟約有(you)70年(nian)(nian)(nian),美國(guo)(guo)(guo)、日(ri)本約有(you)40年(nian)(nian)(nian),我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)僅有(you)30年(nian)(nian)(nian)時間。 能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)結構(gou)偏煤:2020年(nian)(nian)(nian)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)非(fei)化(hua)石能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)比重(zhong)16%,煤炭消(xiao)費比重(zhong)57%,較世界(jie)平(ping)(ping)均水平(ping)(ping)高(gao)(gao)30%。 通過提(ti)高(gao)(gao)清潔能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)利用率(lv)、提(ti)高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)應用的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣化(hua)率(lv)及提(ti)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)產品(pin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao)水平(ping)(ping) 可以(yi)(yi)有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)降低碳(tan)(tan)(tan)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)量(liang) 清潔發電(dian)(dian):以(yi)(yi)白鶴灘(tan)為(wei)例,通過水電(dian)(dian)對火(huo)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)傳(chuan)(chuan)統化(hua)石能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)發電(dian)(dian)的(de)替代,實(shi)(shi)現年(nian)(nian)(nian)減(jian)排(pai)0.52億(yi)噸(dun)(dun)。 工業(ye)電(dian)(dian)機(ji):以(yi)(yi)IE4替換IE2計算,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng),所需電(dian)(dian)力(li)減(jian)少,以(yi)(yi)此實(shi)(shi)現年(nian)(nian)(nian)減(jian)排(pai)1.16億(yi)噸(dun)(dun)。 壓縮(suo)機(ji):以(yi)(yi)社會用電(dian)(dian)量(liang)15%,且節能(neng)(neng)(neng)30%計算,實(shi)(shi)現年(nian)(nian)(nian)減(jian)排(pai)3.36億(yi)噸(dun)(dun)。 新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車:以(yi)(yi)保有(you)量(liang)8000萬輛(liang)計算,用電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)取代傳(chuan)(chuan)統化(hua)石能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),實(shi)(shi)現年(nian)(nian)(nian)減(jian)排(pai)1.90億(yi)噸(dun)(dun)。 在(zai)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和的(de)背景下,國(guo)(guo)(guo)家大力(li)提(ti)倡節能(neng)(neng)(neng)減(jian)排(pai),倡導企業(ye)主動(dong)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao),并(bing)在(zai)2021年(nian)(nian)(nian)發布(bu)《電(dian)(dian)機(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)會(2021-2023)》和《變壓器能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)計劃(2021-2023)》有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)帶動(dong)高(gao)(gao)牌號硅鋼的(de)需求。
